This peak is separated from Bobot&#039;s Kuk on the western side by the Velika Previja pass, while it is separated from Mina&#039;s Bogaz on the eastern side by the Lucina previa, after which it got its name. Observed from Valovita Dol, Lu\u010din Vrh remains somewhat unnoticed, in the shadow of its more impressive neighbors Bobotov Kuk and Mina Bogaz. From Velika Previa to the top of Lu\u010din Vrh, the height difference is only 45 meters, which makes it possible to climb Lu\u010din Vrh during the ascent to Bobotov Kuk or \u0110evojka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hiking trails and approaches:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pass Sedlo \u2013 Valoviti do \u2013 Suvi tavani \u2013 Surutka \u2013 Zeleni vir \u2013 Velika previja \u2013 Lu\u010din vrh<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LENGTH OF THE TOUR: Ascent: 2.30h; Descent: 2h; Total: 4.30h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">HEIGHT DIFFERENCE: 489m;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MARKING: The entire trail up to Velika Previja is marked, the final section to Lu\u010dina vrh is not marked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>View from Lucin Peak: <\/strong>Lu\u010din vrh represents two pronounced, interconnected rocky peaks that rise between Valoviti dol on the north side and Zleni vir on the south side. The silhouette of Bobot&#039;s hip looks sharpest precisely from Luca&#039;s peak. Also, from Lu\u010dina vrh there is a wonderful view of Mina and Terzin Bogaz, Me\u0111ed, \u0160ljeme, Sava kuk, and on the other side of the area of Zeleno vir, Zubac and Bandijern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Climbing season:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most suitable period for climbing is from May to October.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Protection and security: <\/strong>Caution is required when crossing the exposed section in Uvita Gred, as well as during the first part of the climb on the Zeleni vir \u2013 Velika previja section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is advised:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Checking the weather forecast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring enough water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use of hiking equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Importance and recommendations for visitors:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Climbing Lu\u010din vrh also offers the possibility of climbing the nearby Bobotov kuk (30 minutes) and \u0110evojka (20 minutes), thus enriching this tour. The first ascent of this peak was made by Austrian alpinists. Viewed from Valovit dol, Lu\u010din vrh remains somewhat unnoticed, in the shadow of its impressive neighbor Bobotov kuk.
