Tourism Fair Tourism Expo Sarajevo 2026

The Tourist Organization of Žabljak successfully presented its tourism potential at the second international tourism fair, Tourism Expo Sarajevo 2026, held from October 22 to 24 at the "Mirza Delibašić" Hall of the Skenderija Center.

At an event that gathered more than 200 exhibitors and representatives of the tourism sector from several countries, the Žabljak stand attracted great attention from visitors, nature lovers, and business partners from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region.

During the three-day fair, representatives of the Tourist Organization of Žabljak presented the rich offerings of Durmitor National Park, mountain routes, active holidays (hiking, rafting, cycling on the Durmitor Ring route, paragliding, canyoning), as well as current plans for the upcoming winter tourist season. Special emphasis was placed on attracting guests from Bosnia and Herzegovina, who traditionally make up a significant portion of visitors to the Durmitor region.

Participating in the Sarajevo fair was an exceptional opportunity to present everything that Žabljak offers throughout the year, from untouched nature and Durmitor to authentic local gastronomy.

The interest of visitors and numerous established contacts confirm that the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina is of enormous importance for our destination.

The fair concluded on October 24, with numerous business meetings, exchange of experiences, and agreements on future cooperation with regional agencies and tourism professionals.
