Prutaš is one of the most striking peaks of Durmitor, recognisable by its vertical stone bands that give it a unique appearance. The ascent begins in the Šarban Valley, from where the trail gradually climbs towards the southern slopes of the massif.
During the ascent there are magnificent views of the Škrčka Lakes, while the summit itself offers sweeping panoramas of the southern part of Durmitor. The tour combines grassy slopes, rocky formations and open vistas.
